Our safety team reviews every report
If you’ve experienced or witnessed harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour within Kouple - from unwanted contact to content that makes you feel unsafe - we want to know. Every report is read by a real person and taken seriously.
When writing to us, it helps to include:
- ›A description of what happened
- ›Approximate dates and times if you remember
- ›Screenshots or recordings if you have them (attach to the email)
- ›Your account email, so we can follow up with you
Reports are reviewed by our team - typically within 2–5 business days. For life-threatening situations, call emergency services immediately.
